Welcome to the website of the Ward 11 Democratic Committee!

We are the grassroots organization of the Democratic Party in Cambridge’s Ward 11. We want to register new voters, and we want to help Democrats win at the local, state and federal levels. We also volunteer to create events, such as political forums, so local voters can learn more about issues and candidates. Our ward is represented in the State House by Rep. William Brownsberger and Sen. Steven Tolman, and in Congress by Rep. Michael Capuano and Sen. Edward Kennedy and Sen. John Kerry.

To join us, you can be an associate or a member. Associates get notice of Democratic events, and city/ward meetings, as do members. The difference is that members can vote on committee issues, and associates can’t.
