Dear CDCC Members:

We would like to kindly inform you of our next CDCC meeting on September 14th and our Criminal Justice Forum with guest speakers.

September 14, 2011 - Cambridge Democratic City Committee Meeting

We encourage everyone to attend and to participate in our Criminal Justice Forum featuring distinguished guests. Invited to participate are Michael Coelho, Assistant Secretary for Public Policy and Planning from the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, Rep. Jonathan Hecht, Sheriff Peter Koutoujian, Helen Credle, a Criminal Justice expert, and Mr. Richard Harding, working in Cambridge on behalf of young people with criminal records.  View a recent Op-Ed in the New York Times discussing the topic.

LOCATION AND TIME: Fuller Room, Cambridge YWCA on 7 Temple Street (Central Square) at 7 pm (wards may meet at 6:30)

We also have established our Guidelines for CDCC Online Presence to be voted on at the meeting as well as a resolution regarding the Supercommittee to send to US Senator John Kerry (resolution will be forthcoming).
